    Job Highlights:

    We are looking for motivated building managers who are able to provide professional management, leadership, a focus on customer service and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations following the regulations and house rules of the condominium.

    • 3 Years or more experience in residential building management
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Strong team leadership and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge in Condominium Act
    • 1-3 Years experience in residential building management
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Experience in Softbiz program and Urbanice App
    • Can speak and understand basic English 
    • Strong team leadership and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge in Condominium Act
    • Degree in Engineering (any field)
    • Engineering License 
    • 2 Years or more expereince in working with the systems of a high rise building
    • Able to travel throughout Bangkok
    • Good leadership and Management skills
