Kanyawee Feldman has a strong organizational background in internal security management and places an emphasis on regulations, planning and implementation of critical policies for effective Human Resource Management with the aim of providing customer satisfaction to our clients who we consider as partners.
Her management perspective is based on the concept that in order to provide an exceptional service, every employee must have expertise, pay attention to every detail and above all a service mindset.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
With over 30 years in the property management sector and an original founding member of the PPM team, Natjaree Masathien is one of the most knowledgeable specialists in the property management business. Her understanding of condominium act, consumer protection laws, and procedures for working with the various government and land departments have successfully resolved many long-standing issues the buildings have faced.
Ms. Natjaree has also consulted for the multiple legal and technical cases that the company has been successful in resolving for the buildings that we manage.
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With over 15 years experience in property management, Pranee Promnoi has worked her way up to take a leading role in our Operations Division. Her remit is to ensure the company’s operational practices are implemented by our building staff and our performance is optimized.
She also is responsible for ensuring our buildings meet the required regulatory standards and is responsible for maintaining good relationships with all of our clients and partners.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Responsible for marketing and presenting our company brand to targeted groups. Analysing the needs and requirements of residential communities living in high density low and high rise buildings to help implement strategies to meet the needs of the residents and ensure friendly, happy and peaceful communities.
LEGAL MANAGER
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Ramkhamhaeng University. License to practice law no: 1446/2544
Kamon Yimlamai is a fully qualified Lawyer with a strong knowledge in the Condominium Act, Contract Law , Civil and Commercial Law and acts as our company’s representative when appointed as Juristic Person Manager. His expertise also extends to Engineering and Construction legal issues.
He and his legal team are ready to consult our clients for all legal property matters including defect claims, contract reviews, revenue collection issues and court proceedings.
